Problems placing an order? Password problems? If you have logged in but loop back to re-login, it is likely an issue with "session management." The usual remedy is to close all browser windows and then re-visit our web site, log in again and continue. Passwords and usernames are cAse-SensItive. (The CAPS-LOCK ON can cause otherwise correct letters to be wrong.) Members who seem not to receive their password by e-mail are most likely running into an e-mail filter at their provider (e.g., AOL, Verizon, wmconnect, etc) which intercepts the message as "spam." Passwords are encrypted in the customer record and cannot be retrieved, but **CAN** be re-set by our staff. Contact us by e-mail (wms @ wmsclothing.com) or telephone to request a password re-set.
