Password problem?

If Members have logged in but are asked to login again, it's likely an issue with "session management." The usual remedy for websites is to close all browser windows, clear out cookies and temporary internet files (cache), and then re-visit wmsclothing.com, log in again and continue.

If using Internet Explorer...

1. From the Tools menu in the upper right, select Internet Options. 
   
   
2. Under "Browsing history", click Delete... .
   
   
3. To delete your cache, click Delete files... .

   To delete your cookies, click Delete cookies... .

   To delete your history, click Delete history... .

4. Click Close, and then click OK to exit.

If using FireFox...

Firefox 3.5

1. From the Tools menu, select Clear Recent History... . 
   
   
2. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything. 
   
   
3. Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose what history elements to clear (e.g., check Cookies to clear cookies). Click Clear Now.

Passwords and usernames are cAse-SensItive. (The CAPS-LOCK ON can cause otherwise correct letters to be wrong.)

Members who seem not to receive their password by e-mail are most likely running into an e-mail filter at their provider (e.g., AOL, Verizon, wmconnect, etc) which intercepts the message as "spam."

Passwords are encrypted in the customer record and cannot be retrieved, but **CAN** be re-set by our staff. Contact us by e-mail (wms @ wmsclothing.com) or telephone to request a password re-set. Note: If the e-mail request does not come from the registered e-mail address, the password cannot be changed.

Members who are using WindowsXP or Vista and Internet Explorer with up-to-date patches may experience these issues:

• constantly receiving security pop-ups (which are false)
• Still unable to complete checkout
• unable to move items from the wishlist to their cart
