[A.] Our ONLY catalog with about 5000 pictures & ALL
information is on our web site, truly updated constantly
during business hours.
[Q-2.] Do I have
to pay for a membership?[back to top]
[A.] NO, not at this time, however, it is best to register now for free
as sometime
in the future we will be following the Costco business model of paid
memberships for "new" members.
[Q-3.] Where are
your clothes made?[back to top]
[A.] About 50% are made in the U.S.A.
[Q-4.] Your
prices seem too low, too good to be true, is the merchandise damaged,
used or something?[back to top]
[A.] No, all merchandise is brand new A-1, 1st quality. One reason the
prices are so low is because we work with guaranteed funds only.
Another reason is WMS is an off price internet-based company which does
business with internet resellers who do not require
extensive telephone conversations. Lastly, we are
not a retailer do NOT do business with the consumer/general
public.

[A.] There is no minimum.
[Q-6.] How do I
know you guys are legitimate?[back to top]
[A.] Check with your source of how you first heard about us. If you saw
one of our print adds, call the editor of the trade
paper and ask about us. We've been wholesaling globally since
1988.
[Q-7.] How can I
use PayPal?[back

[A.] It is NOT necessary to open a PayPal account to send
money using your credit/debit cards to our email address via
PayPal - please see the PayPal and credit/debit card link at the bottom
left of our pages. Electronic Check (e-check) or "Instant
Payment" may be used only with a PayPal account - if you do
not have a PayPal account, it usually takes only a few moments to set
one up.
[Q-8.] What is
the time limit on your "Unlimited Return Privilege"?[back to top]
[A.] None, as long as the merchandise is pristine, the same as when we
shipped, customers can make a return even years later, and, our
permission is NOT required for customers to make a return.

[Q-9.] Do I have
to purchase your "Wholesale Membership Program" in order to get the
lowest price?[back

[A.] NO, customers get the same low prices from us without it, this
program is optional, we do this to help our customers new to the
business to get a list of trade publications with suppliers'
advertising, establish credit, and receive free gifts from
WMS. The better our customers do, the better we do!
[Q-10.] Can I
tell you what kind of customers I have, or the ones I want to attract,
and how much I want to spend (including shipping), and have you put my
order together for me?[back to top]
[A.] Yes, we do it everyday for our customers & we do a great
job. They don't have to pick out every single item.
[Q-11.] Can I
send you a personal check?[back to top]
[A.] Our banks tells us that out of state checks should be
held for 4 weeks to clear, so we return them to the sender
rather than put a hold on the order for 4 weeks. We suggest that
customers use their credit cards or send a U.S. Postal money
order so we can ship immediately. PayPal "e-checks" clear in 4 work
days. Most international orders require a bank wire.
[Q-12.] How
often does your website/merchandise change?[back to top]
[A.] Every hour, every business day, because new merchandise arrives
daily, maintenance & price reductions are two full time jobs.
[Q-13.] Can I
download your pictures and use them on my website/catalog?[back to top]
[A.] Yes, we're happy to help our customers build up their business by
using WMS pictures for free.(Hint: right-click on an image and then
select "Save Image As..." This will save the picture to "My Pictures."
AOL users need to open an Internet Explorer window to save images. For
bulk data see our "Data
Feed Download" page.) Please Note: Pictures of lingerie with
professional models are and remain the copyrighted property of the
products' manufacturer and their pictures are not to
be shown on eBay, or any other website that they deem
as unauthorized. NOTE: WMS reserves the right to
block pictures which are linked-to from other sites.
[Q-14.] How do I know how much my shipping will cost?[back to top]
[A.] For the 48 U.S. states see the shipping
chart based on dollars. We offer Free UPS
Ground shipping within the continental 48 U.S. states on orders over
$1450 (excludes "case lot" merchandise as this is offered at
or below our cost).
For all other destinations, that depends on the weight of the
box, the size, and the zip code, or country. Shipping costs
can be calculated automatically by adding merchandise to the shopping
cart using the 'Buy Now' Button. At the bottom of that page, select the
country for international shipping or zip code for AK, HI, PR, and then
click on the 'Shipping Quote' button. The shopping
cart will calculate the shipping for different shipping
options PRIOR to check-out.
All international quotes, and air options for shipping are
estimates (usually very accurate). Shipping cost does not include
customs duties, fees, taxes to foreign countries.
[Q-15.] How long
does it take to get my order?[back to top]
[A.] Orders with a cleared payment are processed in the order that we
receive the funds.
(The product mix we offer is unlike any
other worldwide shipper because we carry many lines
like wigs to shoes and most other lines in
between. Therefore orders are more
difficult to pull and triple check on the
tables and clothing racks, and then pack, than
a supplier that sells only one line, like shoes.)
Within the same day, or 1 day, or 2, or 3
days, we get ready 90% of the orders,
"THEN" your order is given to UPS. (99% of the
orders get out within 5 working days.)
"AFTER", UPS has picked up the order here in San
Diego, Ca, the delivery time takes from 1 to
5 business days for ground service.
For example: to California, it takes 1 or
2 business days ground delivery time; going to the
southeast coast like Florida, it takes 4 business days ground
delivery time; to the northeast coast like New York, it takes 5
business days ground delivery time.
2 day or 3 day air delivery time options are available at
check out.

[Q-16.] Can I
send you a money order for the entire amount including shipping?[back to top]
[A.] Yes, we'll fill the order including shipping cost, if any, up to
the amount sent. If there's a credit, an immediate
refund may be issued or a credit will carry over to the next order. UPS
will require an adult signature at time of delivery.
[Q-17.] Can I
pick out the styles I want in a sample pack?[back to top]
[A.] No, they are already made up ahead of time and are ready to go,
there's nothing to talk about, -that's the only way we can keep the
prices so low with excellent service.
[Q-18.] When
will you be getting in some new (little girls pageant dresses for
example)?[back

[A.] In the off-price business (below wholesale), we just never know
when we'll find the next great deal on any particular
item.
[Q-19.] Do you
have a showroom, can I visit you in California?[back to top]
[A.] Yes, Customers are always welcome, but it's more of a warehouse.
There's a lot to look at, so plan on spending some time with us. Please
E-mail ahead to make an appointment
for Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 and 2:00 (very busy
with shipping after 3:00). Please, ABSOLUTELY - NO CHILDREN
UNDER 14, green cash only & tax will be charged to California
addresses without a sales tax exempt number.
[Q-20.] Do your
sizes run "true"?[back to top]
[A.] This is a worldwide clothing industry problem. WMS has
bought from 1000's of manufacturers & every
manufacturer cuts any size they want and puts on any size label they
want to. The problem is getting worse everyday - now there's a new
category called "plus size juniors" for heavyset teenagers. We do our
best to inform you of the closest size category we think the clothes
are in. The good news is that many of the new fabrics being used today
are very, very stretchy and fit several sizes. We sell
thousands of pairs of shoes a months and we receive about 4 complaints
per year that a customer needed a larger size.
[Q-21.] Do you
sell to anyone else in my neighborhood?[back tooes are very standard[A.]
No, we don't sell "counterfeits" because they're illegal and we don't
want us or our customers to get arrested (it really does happen). If
it's not the real thing, but it has the real name or logo on it, that
makes it a "counterfeit". We do sell 1st class look-a-likes, but
without the famous name or logo on it.
[Q-23.] Do I
have to buy 12 all the same?[back to top]
[A.] We always, really do our best to give our customers the biggest
possible selection depending upon what it is, read the description next
to each picture.
[Q-24] Do
you ship COD?[back to top]
[A.] No, we have discontinued CODs because of the high cost of
non-payments and returns.
[Q-25.] How do I
place an order when on your website?[back to top]
[A.] Customers order an item by first clicking on "Add To Cart". When
all items have been put into shopping cart, next click on "New
Customers - Register Now". Another page will be displayed; follow the
instructions, fill in all the blanks, follow the instructions on the
screen, choose a payment option, and click "Create An
Account. When the information
is correct, click "continue" and the page, "Review Your Order" will be
displayed. Click "Place Order" to submit the order.
If the customer has selected PayPal, the last step is to
transfer funds using your PayPal accousnt which includes an estimate of
shipping cost. We will receive notification from PayPal of the
transferred funds.
[Q-26.]What
does "package" mean?[back to top]
[A.] A "unit" is the smallest number of pieces of one item that can be
ordered. For example, 1 package of 6 Tops for $18.00 means that 6
Tops are sold for $18.00 - or $3.00 per Top. One package cannot be broken
up. If the item is offered as 1 package of 6, then 6 will be sent
for the price listed. One package of shoes is one pair, each item has it's
own description as to how many are in a package.
[Q-27.] I
live outside the U.S., how it The prepaid
orders will be filled with merchandise and shipping cost, up to the
amount of the U.S. dollars sent to WMS.
Credit/debit cards are acceptable for re-orders.
[Q-28.] I
need to order larger quantities of an item than I see offered, do you
offer lower prices for larger quantities?[back to top]
[A.] Yes, on many items, but first make sure the pull
down menu for quantity pricing has been opened. If so, & larger
quantities are needed, contact us for pricing quotes, only if buyer can
prepay order by bank wire. Please see the yellow and black "Volume
Discount" link near the top left of every page for more discounts.
WMS does offer additional discounts to Customers that send guaranteed
funds for a "carte blanche" order.
A very valuable relationship will develop for Customers that can order
without selecting "specific item numbers, specific quantities and
specific colors of each item."
Additional discounts are based on the number of dollars sent and the
quantity of each item per category. Accordingly, the lowest possible
price is charged to ensure that the Customer is very pleased and will
send more funds for the next order.
Of course we want to send the correct category of merchandise and send
only quantities that the Customer can handle, so Customers are invited
to tell us what they desire by giving us items numbers and quantities
for reference, and then leave it up to us to put the order together.
Of course all ordering may use the reverse process by requesting that
specific styles or sizes, or colors, etc. not be sent as our goal is
have happy "partners" that keep sending money.
Orders are filled up to the amount of funds sent.
Please order as early as possible so we can do everything possible to
perform far better than any other supplier.
[Q-29.] Is
all your merchandise pictured on your website?[back to top]
[A.] No, new merchandise arrives most days and it takes
several days to get new items on the website. Many items, like summer
dress sample packs for juniors, never get a picture on the
website because there are just way too many different styles, but we
always give customers the largest assortment of styles & colors
of an item to help them have the biggest selection to maximize their
sales.
[Q-30.] Do
you dropship and exactly how does it work?[back to top]
[A.] Yes, we dropship to every country in the
world.
Dropship is the process in which the owner of a business has
merchandise sent directly from the Wholesaler to
the owner's customer.
For example, Mary in N.J. has a customer Bertha in Texas that ordered a
handbag from Mary. Mary gets paid first, then pays WMS for the handbag,
and then WMS Drop Ships the handbag to Bertha
with Mary's return address on the box - no mention of WMS anywhere on
or in the box.
Dropshipping has become much more common in recent years, and many
on-line retailers especially use this service because there is no need
to warehouse merchandise.
[Q-30-B] How Do I Get Started in my own
Dropship business?
[A.] One way is to put the merchandise that you want
to sell on online auctions, your current E-Commerce website, a Free
Website from Global-Freeway.com
or wherever you feel you may generate sales.
Once you receive notification of a sale, you simply collect your
customer's funds for the retail price of that sale, being sure to have
included all shipping and handling fees. You may choose to accept
personal checks, money orders, credit cards, PayPal (highly recommended
to process credit card orders). It's your business!
[Q-30-C] Do I have to sign up for any special
program to Dropship items? Or do I have to be a Gold Club member?
[A.] No, there is nothing special to sign up for to Drop Ship WMS
merchandise. A Gold Card is not related to Drop Shipping.
There are no drop ship fees.
[Q-30-D] How do I place a Dropship order on
www.WMSClothing.com?
[A.] The first thing to do is register (if you haven't
already) by clicking on the 'My Account' button at the top of any WMS
page. When the screen refreshes, click on the 'Register for Free'
button (below 'Forgot your Password?')
- Now enter all of your information, as you want it to
appear on the return address. This information will only have to be
entered once because it will be saved by WMS. An e-mail message will be
sent to you confirming registration and it will say 'Hello' followed by
your first name in the upper right hand corner.
- Now make up and enter a Username and make up a password.
Later, the account can be recalled by you by entering your Username and
password in the 'My Account' screen.
- Now, click on a category and look for what item you want
to purchase, and click the 'Buy Now' button. The item will now be added
to your shopping cart.
- When you're finished adding merchandise,
enter your Username and Password in the box at the bottom of the
shopping cart and click on 'Continue to Checkout.'
- Select a shipping option (UPS Ground, 3 Day Select or 2nd
Day Air).
- Now click on the box that says 'Billing Address' (below
'Your merchandise will be shipped to:) . Select 'Create New Ship-To
Address.
- A Pop-Up window will open. If it doesn't make sure that
your "pop-up blocking" is turned off. Now enter the address of your
Drop Ship customer as you want it to appear on the UPS label, click on
the 'Save' button. Make sure that the Drop Ship address is exact, as we
have no way to verify the information.
- In the comments section, please put "Dropship Order" to
verify that it is a Dropship order.
- Now click on the 'Click Here to Complete Your Order'
button at the bottom.
- If PayPal was selected as the method of payment, a Pop-Up
window to PayPal with the amount and address information will open.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions until 'Payment Sent'
appears on the screen. For assistance with PayPal, they can be
contacted directly at 1-888-221-1161.
- If Money Order was selected as the method of payment,
please send a USPS Money Order, made out for the full amount to:

Most orders are processed within 8 -
24 business hours after payment is received and notification
of shipping details will be e-mailed via UPS to you.
[Q-30-E] Will my Dropship Order have your company
information on it?
[A.] No, Dropship orders will have no mention of WMS
anywhere on or in the box. As far as the customer knows, we
don't exist. When they re-order, it will be from you, not us. Dropship
orders are shipped without an invoice, although we will
put yours in the box if it's faxed or e-mailed to us before
shipping.
[Q-30-F] Can my Dropship order be sent COD?
[A.] No, all Dropship orders must be prepaid.
[Q-30-G] Are there any additional fees?
[A.] Not from WMS, the price you see at checkout is
the price that you pay with WMS. Any shipping and handling charges are
calculated with the shipping. There are no additional fees to Dropship,
we even prepare customs documents for free.
[Q-30-H] Can I download your pictures and merchandise
descriptions and use them in my Dropship website/catalog?
[A.] Yes,
we're happy to help our customers build up their business by using our
pictures for free. (Hint: right-click on an image and then select "Save
Image As..." This will save the picture to "My Pictures") AOL

[Q-30-I] Is there anything in the catalog that can't be
Dropshipped?
[A.] No, everything in the on-line catalog may be
Dropshipped. There is no limit.
[Q-30-J] Can I still get Free Shipping if my Dropship
order is over $1450.00?
[A.] Yes, all prepaid orders over $1450.00 have FREE
UPS Ground Shipping to th 48 states. Dropship Orders must be prepaid,
so they can ship to the continental US for FREE if the requirement is
met.
[Q-30-K] Can I still get free shipping if I
place multiple orders that add up to $1450.00?
[A.] No, the computer can only calculate Free Shipping
on single orders.
[Q-30-L] Do you do International Dropship
Orders?
[A.] Yes, WMS will Dropship to almost any country in
the world. Most customers now select UPS for speed and
trackability. Parcel post options are also available. WMS cannot be
responsible for delivery by postal services. A lot of
international dropship orders can be paid via PayPal, but larger
dropship orders must be prepaid by U.S. Postal money order, or bank
wire U.S. dollars to us. WMS does NOT charge to prepare customs'docs.
[Q-30-M] If the item says 1 lot of 6 for
$30.00, can I get 1 for $5.00? (for example).
[A.]No, lots cannot be broken up. If the item is
offered as 1 lot of 6 then 6 will be sent for the price listed. Most
customers choose to Drop Ship merchandise that is offered one at a time
such as lingerie,
shoes
and handbags.
[Q-30-N] Can I order 1 lot of 6 and have the
items sent to different addresses?
[A.] No, the computer will not allow an order to be shipped to more
than 1 address. Customers may however have the lot delivered to them
directly and then sell individual pieces.
[Q-30-O] If I place 3
orders for the same item, will I get the quantity
discount?
[A.] No, the quantity discount can only be applied if more than 1 of
the same item is bought in a single order. There is no way for the
computer to apply a discount across multiple orders.
[Q-30-P] The site says "Free Dropshipping" but
I still get charged shipping. Why is that? "Free
Dropshipping" means that there is no additional service charge to have
an order drop shipped. Many wholesalers will charge extra for this
service, but we do not. It does not mean that drop ship orders get free
shipping. Normal shipping and handling charges still apply. WMS also
prepares customs' docs to foreign countries for Free!
[Q-30-Q] What happens if my customer wants to
make a return?
[A.] Any return for a Dropship order must be made to the retailer
(you). The items may then be returned according to the online Company
Policy. WMS does not offer exchanges or refunds.
Many Dropshippers will sell any returned item on eBay.
[Q-30-R] How do I get in contact with you if

[Q-31.] Do
I need to pay sales tax?[back

[A.] Sales tax will be charged on California orders only
if WMS does not have resale certificate on file prior to shipping.
[Q-32.]
When I try to send my order, it keeps asking me to login. What do I do?
[A.] First make sure the user name and password is entered correctly.
All passwords and usernames are cAsE sEnSitive. Do NOT use more than 16
characters. For immediate assistance with your password,
between 8:30am - 4:30pm pst, call 1.760.233.9800.
If that doesn't work, close all of you browser (internet
program) windows. Then reopen them and try logging in again.
Finally, if that still doesn't work - download Mozilla Firefox
from www.Mozilla.com.
It's a fast, free, and very secure internet browsing program that works
just like Internet Explorer, only better.
[Q-34.] Do
you guarantee that my customers will like the merchandise that I pick
out, and that I will make money?[back to top]
[A.] We wish we could, but the answer is NO. We offer goods on
a world-wide basis, not for a particular individual in a particular
neigborhood. How could any legitimate, sane, truthful
wholesaler guarantee that? The merchandise you
select and your
marketing strategy is your area
of risk and responsibility, NOT ours.
[Q-35.] What
are Bonus Points?

points simply for registering!

[Q-36.] How do I pay for an order using a Bank Wire
or a Direct Deposit to Bank of America?[back to
top] [A.] First, make sure that you have actually
completed your order and received an order number. When the order is complete,
the order number will appear in your "My Account and Order" page. Next, take the
total, and our Bank Transfer (click here) information to:
- any Bank of America and give the WMS information to the
teller to make a Direct Deposit
~OR~
- to make a Bank Wire Transfer, go to your bank and give the WMS information
to the teller.
[Q-37.] How
long does a Bank Wire or Direct Deposit take to get to WMS?[back to top]
[A.] A Bank Wire transfer is actually not instantaneous, and can take a
few days. Once it is received, your order status (available in your My
Account page) will change from "Waiting for Payment" to
"Processing." If more than 3 business days pass, please send us an
email to confirm the receipt and total.
Direct Deposit is instantaneous.
[Q-38.]
When should I send a Bank Wire?[back to top]
[A.] 99% of orders can be paid using Credit Card, PayPal since they are
immediate and free to send. Further, a bank may charge a fee to send a
Bank Wire. A bank wire is best used for larger orders ($1000.00+) or
some out of the country orders. We may also request a Bank Wire for
some orders.
[Q-39.]Do you guarantee
that you always have what I ordered in stock? [back to top]
[A.] We experience a 92 % fullfillment rate, which is quite high in the
industry for what we do. We know how important this is
for our members so our website is up to date by the minute
Monday thru Friday during business hours, and we also use safe levels.
However occasional glitches due occur and when appropiate, we
do try to contact our member regarding other options, and
refunds are handled promptly!
[Q-40.]What is the difference between UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS)
when I ship my package outside the USA?

[A.] Generally speaking UPS has lower shipping costs than the Postal Service. UPS tracking is very specific,
and they rarely lose a package. However, on delivery UPS may ask for an additional payment of brokerage fees
and fees charged by Customs. We've seen these fees range greatly from country to country, from only a few
dollars to 50% or more of the shipment's value. Please check with your local UPS and Chamber of Commerce
for more information before ordering.
The US Postal Service tends to cost a little more, but they tend to incur fewer Customs charges
and do not charge a brokerage fee to have their packages cleared, which could save our Members
a lot of money. However, their tracking leaves a lot to be desired and Postal carriers around
the world are known for occasionally losing packages. If this happens we cannot not file an insurance
claim involving two country postal delivery systems, so use this service at your own risk.
