OUR MISSION - We Are Here To Help You Make Money!!! WMS is a totally internet based importer and wholesaler. We offer way off-price, (below wholesale prices) with a unique product mix, to Members that are able to order online with a minimum amount of telephone support. Our business model allows our Members to easily compete with chain stores! We come to work to help you make money, because the better you do, the better we do. Never hesitate to communicate with us!

OUR PASSION since 1988 is to offer to the Trade only (those who will resell), the lowest unit prices in the off-price industry - hard core unbelievable bargains and selections that makes it easy to compete with chain stores - regardless of our tiny minimum requirements. To reduce our cost, we do not attend trade shows.  We invite our Members to partner with us by purchasing from our "Case Lots" category and buy at -or below- our cost to help us keep our buying volume high.

OUR SATISFACTION comes from Members' re-orders and comments that we receive on a daily basis which tells us that we are helping the little guy achieve the American dream! This of course helps us create jobs and thereby contribute to our community.

OUR PROFILE We are not a manufacturer, since 1988 we have been buying from many sources to fill our Members request, our product mix/inventory is unique and always changing, please check in often as our site is updated daily. We do not employ "sales people". We do not attend costly trade shows to sell merchandise. We do not sell our Member list or any email addresses. We do not pay bonuses or commissions.

We are not a retailer, we do not collect retail prices, we do not employ retail clerks to wait on people, and we do not offer retail services to individuals ordering for their own personal/family use. We do not conduct business with end users/consumers. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ORDER FOR YOUR SELF/FAMILY USE, WE SUGGEST YOU ORDER FROM A RETAILER!

We are an importer and wholesaler of brand new, 1st quality merchandise and "offer for sale", often at less than manufacturers' cost, thousands of label names made by thousands of different manufacturers. We do not offer a sales guarantee, nor a statement of quality standards for fabrics, sizing, fit, safety standards, etc. Members' decision to purchase assumes all liabilities and consequences of consumer usuage. We do not offer a guarantee or warranty of any kind on any items for any reason.

ORDERS - We do NOT recommend, suggest, opinionate, persuade, suggest sizes, guarantee a profit, guarantee that you or consumers will like the merchandise you selected, or try to "sell" you anything. We do not guarantee the quality or color of any item. We do not solicit or pester our Members with "friendly" phone calls hoping to get a re-order. Members are always welcome to visit us in San Diego County and inspect all merchandise before purchasing.

It is solely the responsibility of the Buyer to select, purchase, market and sell, merchandise that is a good choice for their business model and accept the risk of their judgement for purchasing decisions.

Get started by registering as a new member in order to see prices.  It's free and takes about one minute.  Only the fields with an asterisk (*) are required.  Then simply place merchandise in the shopping cart, experiment and just have fun, items can always be changed or removed later by clicking on the trash can. Merchandise will stay in the shopping cart for two weeks after any change has been made. Whenever shopping cart is the way you want it, continue with "continue to check out" and then fill in the blanks with your personal information. 

All orders need to be placed on-line. A complete history of all orders and invoices, including pictures, prices, tracking links, etc. will be available in "My Account & Orders" found in the header of every page.

[A] There is no minimum order.

[B] If a similar substitute is NOT wanted, please say "NO SUBS" in comments box during check-out.

[C] We do not sell illegal/conterfeit merchandise.

[D] All orders are subject to the approval of the sales department.

[E] All prices are:

  1. for merchandise only - shipping and handling costs are not included - prepaid orders over $1,450.00 have FREE ground UPS shipping to 48 states.
  2. as low as possible at all times and are subject to change without notice.
  3. International shipping does not include customs, duty or import fees or charges.

[F] Orders are accepted to prices prevailing at the time of shipment and our ability to fill them.

[G] We reserve the right to refuse to do business with anyone.

[H] WMS cannot/will not be responsible for typograpical errors and/or omissions.

[I] Any damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.

[J] Cancelled footwear orders are charged a 15% re-processing fee.

PAYMENT

  1. Credit Card - Debit Card -- To help prevent fraud on first time orders over $500 we might
    • ship to the billing/confirmed address and require a signature upon delivery.
    • request a note of authorization for WMS to use the card, signed with a hand written signatur
  2. Money Order - mailed to WMS Clothing, 525 N. Andreasen Dr. units A & B, Escondido, CA. 92029 USA
  3. Direct Deposit to Bank Of America, -OR- by Bank Wire Transfer *- click HERE to request bank transfer information.  This is a free service. 
  4. PayPal (U.S. and some foreign countries) use PayPal to transfer funds by e-Check. All first time payments of $500+, might require shipping to a PayPal confirmed address.

Sales tax will be charged on California orders if WMS does not have the resale certificate on file prior to shipping.

On larger first time orders, we may require payment by Direct Deposit to Bank of America -or- Bank Wire Transfer.

International orders To help prevent fraud, All FIRST TIME orders going OUTSIDE the United States, it's Territories and Canada require payment by BANK WIRE transfer more info - International rates are shown in shopping cart before checking out, customs, duties, taxes are NOT included and are paid by the buyer.

SHIPPING - PLEASE ORDER EARLY rather than later.
[A] We ship via UPS to the 48 continental states and by US Postal Service - Click here for shipping cost chart to 48 states. International rates are shown in shopping cart before checking out, customs, duties, taxes are NOT included and are paid by the buyer.

When Member chooses US Postal service, Member accepts the risk of total loss of merchandise as WMS can not guarantee delivery, nor be held responsible for non delivery, or late delivery, or damage, when shipped by the US Postal Service and transferred to subsequent foreign country postal carriers. Insurance with the US Postal Service is NOT available as the red tape and bureauracy make the processing of a claim for Members (as they wait and wait and wait for months,  for their delivery, or a claim to be poorly processed) to be a very unpleasant experience and drags WMS into the mess.

Larger orders may ship by freight trucking companies, please let us know if you can accept tailgate deliveries.

[B] Members are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS or USPS makes the delivery. If Member misses the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the two way shipping before we can reship that order. If the Member does not request reshipping, and the order is replaced back into stock, then the customer is billed: a 20% "order processing/pulling & order reprocessing/restocking" fee; plus the two times the UPS or USPS shipping charge, minus the initial payment.

[C] Orders are processed in the order that we received a cleared payment and other requested information.

Within same day, or 2 or 3 work days, we get out 90% of the orders, "THEN" your order is ready to give to UPS. (99% of the orders get out within 4 working days after the day we receive payment).

"AFTER", UPS has picked up the order here in San Diego, Ca, the delivery time takes from 1 to 5 business days for ground service around the U.S..

For example: to California, it takes 1 or 2 business days ground delivery time; going to the southeast coast like Florida, it takes 4 business days ground delivery time; to the northeast coast like New York, it takes 5 business days ground delivery time. See UPS map.

Ground, 2 day and 3 day delivery options are offered at check-out.

[D] WMS offers anonymous dropshipping service for free. The price on the shipping/ordering page is a total price. Members need to supply special invoices and labels ONLY if desired.

[E] We ship as as soon as possible. We are not obligated to make delivery on any specified date and assume no liability for damages due to any delay or inability to fill orders.

[F] All first orders over $350 paid by credit card might be shipped to the billing/bank-confirmed address and a signature will be required upon delivery.[back to top]

RETURNS - Nobody can always make a profit on every item. Sears can't do it, we can't do it, and you can't do it. This is the non sugar-coated reality of buying and selling.

Making a decision to buy merchandise, including blind sample packs, at wholesale prices on the internet, and not being able to "see, touch and feel" it first, is the inherent risk of the retailer, not the wholesaler that sells world-wide. WMS has no idea of, or control over the retailers' business model, and is not a partner to the retailer's decisions and risk. Rather than making a return, other alternatives are to sell merchandise at cost or below, sell on ebay, donate to charity and take a tax write off for full retail value (discuss with your accountant).

Returns are not encouraged as they are more costly for us to check in and re-process than filling the original order, and may leave us with unbalanced inventory. Every effort is made to give each item on our website more information/description than found on the manufacurers fact sheet, or what we see on any other website. Colors will vary according to monitor settings.

Unlike other off-price wholesalers, we DO take returns from our Members, not consumers, on qualified items of unsold, undamaged, unworn, unwashed "like new", pristine, SALEABLE merchandise.

We offer the following TWO return privileges.

Plan #1) 100% MONEY BACK refund or credit, on qualified merchandise. NOT RETURNABLE are: Lingerie, "adult only" merchandise, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVD's and all intimate items and any merchandise that is not factory fresh.  Allow 3 up to weeks for credit to appear in your account from the day we receive the return.

To qualify for a 100% merchandise refund or credit, please comply with the following 3 steps:
  1. Merchandise must be "received" by WMS no later than 18 days after our ship date.
  2. Your authorization number located at the bottom of your invoice (found in "My Account& Orders") must be clearly written under your return shipping label in 1" size.
  3. Print a copy of your invoice (found in "My Account & Orders") and place inside return box with a note requesting a refund back to your payment method, or credit applied to your next order.

The following rules must apply and will be strictly enforced.

[A] No credit is given for any shipping and handling.

[B] NO DAMAGE of ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED - such as shopworn, sun-fading, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, worn or washed items, etc.

[C] All original tags, bags, wrappings, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.

[D] Merchandise sold by: the dozen, or unit in packages, or displays, must be returned full, not partially sold.

[E] Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned. Uncalled for merchandise will be discarded after 30 days.

[F] ANY unsolicited return for ANY reason

past the expiration date of 18 days after the ship date,
or without an authorization number on the box
or without an invoice inside the box

Plan #2)  WMS offers an UNLIMITED RETURN PRIVILEGE to our  Members (we do not accept returns from consumers). There is no time limit or expiration date for this return plan. WMS will accept returns of any unsold, undamaged, unworn, unwashed "like new", pristine, SALEABLE merchandise. Lingerie, "adult only" merchandise, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVD's and all intimate items are NOT returnable, nor is any merchandise that is not factory fresh. A return authorization number is NOT required first.

[A] There is no such thing as an "even exchange" - a return becomes a credit. Our business model pricing allows for a 50% return merchandise credit to be applied to Member's WMS account to be applied to Member's next order. No credit is given for any shipping and handling.
