Members who want us to dropship WMS merchandise find that they save a huge amount of time by downloading (bulk) and our items data and images and directly to their own database or import it to back-end of their web site. The 18 downloadable categories are compressed in .csv format see below;

To help defray the growing cost of bandwidth - software development - maintenance and email (lists@wmsclothing.com) support for this service - we ask for $1 per week - payable at $52 per year non-refundable subscription - providing for 12 months of data ready-to-download.

WMS Data downloads and Inventory Status

These are.csv (comma separated values) files which can be read by any spreadsheet program. (If you do not have a program for working with spreadsheets - OpenOffice is available at no cost and http and//www.openoffice.org/)

These files should provide information sufficient to list the items on your website. An item is active ( visible ) by its inclusion. (Only active items are shown.)

There are 18 files. The files must be extracted / fetched first to be edited and used. (They may be uncompressed with programs such as WinRAR - WinZip or PKZip. Windows 7, XP and Vista also include the capability of uncompressing the zipped files - as do many distributions of Linux.)

There are three files for many categories. The three files contain
1.) Items which have NO choices -
2.) items which have ONE choice (color - for example) and
3.) items which have TWO choices (size and color - for example). For this reason - the files do not all have the same number of columns - the items do not have the same amount of data.

Each category collection (file) includes all items which are available.

The WMS_item_id is what WMS uses in filling an order. This SKU should help in ordering and will become important when a batch ordering system is put into place.

The parent_item (if it exists) is shown for reference and grouping of the individual - orderable SKUs. It is also the SKU which a member sees until an item is placed into the shopping cart. CSV files can be imported into most CMS platforms, the headers will likely need to be changed though.
