WMS Data downloads: Inventory Status
These are .csv (comma separated values) files which can be read by any spreadsheet program. (If you do not have a program for working with spreadsheets, OpenOffice is available at no cost: http://www.openoffice.org/)
These files should provide information sufficient to list the items on your website. An item is active ( visible ) by its inclusion. (Only active items are shown.)
There are NINE files - one for each of the selected categories: footwear, jewelry, underwear, handbags, lingerie, silicone enhancements, swimwear, costumes, and adults only - compressed in .zip format. The files must be extracted to be edited and used. (They may be uncompressed with programs such as WinRAR, WinZip or PKZip. Windows XP and Vista both include the capability of uncompressing the zipped files, as do many distributions of Linux.)
There are three files for many categories. The three files contain
1.) Items which have NO choices,
2.) items which have ONE choice (color, for example) and
3.) items which have TWO choices (size and color, for example). For this reason, the files do not all have the same number of columns - the items do not have the same amount of data.
Each category collection (file) includes all items which are available. Items in the sub-categories are included but the subcats are not named.
The WMS_item_id is what WMS uses in filling an order. This SKU should help in ordering and will become important when a batch ordering system is put into place.
The parent_item (if it exists) is shown for reference and grouping of the individual, orderable SKUs. It is also the SKU which a member sees until an item is placed into the shopping cart.

Sample Date: nearly 500 new shoe styles were added in the last two weeks -- nearly 10,000 individual SKUs.
Images - the visible thumbnails - Sample Date
The images are all .jpg. The image name is the SKU (Item number) of the parent item.
The archives of full-size shoe, jewelry and lingerie images are very large. Downloading the largest over a dialup connection could take up to 90 minutes.
